Crafted for our signature cold brew, these Colombian Supremo beans deliver a smooth, chocolate-forward cup with layers of caramel, cherry, vanilla, and roasted almond. We roast them light-medium to bring out their natural sweetness and velvety texture—perfect for a crisp, refreshing cold brew.

Sourced from small family farms in Pitalito, in Colombia’s famed Huila region, these beans are grown at altitudes between 1,500 and 1,800 meters, where the cool, humid climate and rich volcanic soil produce exceptional depth and complexity.

While we use them as the base for our cold brew, their balance of sweetness and body also makes them excellent for drip coffee, pour-over, or any brewing method you prefer. Expect a rich, full-bodied cup with gentle acidity and a smooth, satisfying finish—whether served cold or hot.
